The Named Party acknowledged the out of specification test results, the batch in question was manufactured in April, since then they have changed supplier. The Named Party also confirmed that no further stock of the April batch is available in the marketplace. VLS was content to close the investigation pending a six-month review in line with its stated process.
On 20th June 2025 VLS undertook a six-month review of the case in line with its stated process.
